A Pediatric Evolution (APE) is a neurodiversity-affirming practice dedicated to supporting age-appropriate child development through play, individualized learning styles, clinical expertise, and parent education. We focus on building functional skills, strengthening communication, and promoting independence while honoring each child’s unique strengths, differences, and ways of learning.

Our individualized therapy services are designed to help children carry over skills across home, school, and community environments, supporting success in everyday routines and meaningful activities. We work closely with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills and create meaningful progress beyond the therapy setting.

We use a variety of communication methods, visual supports, and adaptive strategies to meet each child’s individual needs and support authentic communication and engagement.

Therapy approaches such as DIR/Floortime, child-led play, and the SOS Approach to Feeding are used to support your child’s growth, understanding, and unique learning style in a respectful and supportive way.
