What are the days of operation?List Item 1
Mondays through Saturdays by appointment only.
Closed on Fridays and Sundays.

Do I need a referral for services?
Yes. Feel free to access the referral form by clicking the referral form tab to the left of your screen. Provide this document to your pediatrician.
This document can then be faxed to 1-(401) 246-8230.

What forms of payment are accepted?
As of 2025 Ape will be accepting the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Sheild (BCBS) and Neighborhood Health Pllans (NHP).
Out of pocket payments are also an option as needed.

How long does the service last?List Item 3
An evaluation will take 60 minutes.
An OT treatment will take 45-60 minutes.
An SLP treatment will take 30-45 minutes.
A Training for a parent, caregiver, or community personell is an hour, unless more time is specified and approved.

How is treatment provided?
Treatment may be provided in-person and/or virtually based on request and insurance approval.

Is there parking close by?List Item 4
Yes! There are multiple entrances/exits into the complex.
There are multiple parking spots, handicapped included.
APE is located on the second floor, suite 202.
