About APE
A Pediatric Evolution supports age appropriate child development by building functional skills, strengthening communication, and promoting independence through play, creative learning styles, neurodiversity affirming clinical practices, and ongoing parent education. Our approach respects and values neurodiversity and honors each child’s unique strengths, differences, and ways of learning and communicating.
At APE, parent concerns are always a priority. We believe children thrive when families feel heard, supported, and confident in their child’s care. It is important to us that you feel comfortable, understand your child’s treatment plan, and feel included in the therapy process every step of the way.
APE also offers training upon request for parents, caregivers, and community members. Training topics may include environmental setup and structure, sensory processing and understanding, communication and social engagement, and feeding support and education. Our goal is to empower families and those who support your child with practical tools that can be used across home, school, and community settings.

We provide services for children and adolescents ages 2 through 18 with the following areas of need:
• Developmental delays

Treatment Services
Individualized therapy services are designed to support skill generalization across home, school, and community environments, helping children use what they learn in therapy in their everyday lives.
A variety of communication methods, visual supports, and adaptive strategies are used to best meet each child’s unique needs and learning style.
Parent and caregiver training is an essential part of the therapy process and helps ensure understanding, consistency, and carryover of strategies beyond the therapy session.
Services may be provided in person or virtually upon request and with insurance approval, allowing families flexibility while maintaining high quality care.
